This is our grand opening weekend and it is a good opportunity to introduce our newest plants and products. A variety of displays will provide ideas and inspiration using annuals and perennials, for sun and shade, in a variety of containers and combinations. In addition, all of our hanging baskets will be 10% off during Open House. In the gift shop you can check out the many new items available there. You will find unique gift items, including whimsical pots, yard art, wind chimes, collectible bird houses, and all styles of baskets and containers. We can also custom plant a basket or container for you. Our staff will gladly help you choose plants that will meet your specific needs. If necessary, we will hold your items here until you are able to take them with you. Free coffee, cookies and cold drinks will be available throughout both days. While enjoying the refreshments, it is a good time to exchange gardening tips and ideas with others. All kids will receive a free plant and can get their faces painted as well. Bright colored tulips and daffodils beckon you to take a stroll through the display gardens. It's a great opportunity to get some ideas for adding spring color to your own gardens. Before leaving, make sure to register for the door prizes. One will be awarded each day, plus one 'grand prize' at the end of the weekend. |
