This easy-to-grow Begonia likes bright indirect light, regular moisture in a warm and humid environment, and no wet feet. It does well in a fairly root-bound container, so do not re-pot it too often. And do keep it out of the way of pets, who should not be allowed to nibble it. Fertilize the plant for at least part of the year (spring and summer) with a diluted liquid fertilizer. 

This Cane Begonia nearly doubles the number of silvery white foliage dots that made the Polka Dot Begonia so popular. Wing-like leaves are deep green and decorated with these very prominent dots. Leaf undersides are green, sometimes with a slightly rosy blush to them. Simple pink florets rise up above the leaves at certain times in the year. With a more compact growth habit than the Polka Dot Begonia, this plant displays its best feature (its foliage) very nicely.
